Guy Harvey®, a growing brand in coastal lifestyle sportswear and other marine related products, has announced it is now selling merchandise into some 60 Macy’s® department stores in the Southeast U.S.
According to Guy Harvey clothing partner, AFTCO Bluewater, the arrangement will include a broad assortment of Guy Harvey’s classic graphic t-shirt products, complimented with a growing assortment of Guy Harvey performance tops, fishing shorts and related caps.
“We are very pleased to include the Macy’s department store in our growing list of retailer partners for the Guy Harvey brand throughout the Southeast market,” said Dick Nagel VP Sales—AFTCO/Guy Harvey.
Nagel said Guy Harvey is currently selling only men’s products into Macy’s but discussion are underway to add boy’s products as well as add new locations in 2016.
Guy Harvey, an internationally celebrated marine wildlife artist, scientist and conservationist, has a huge and supportive fan base (more than 850,000 Facebook friends). Best known in coastal markets, the Atlantic Coast from New England to the Gulf Coast of Texas, the Guy Harvey brand is now growing into new regions of the U.S., including Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia.
Guy Harvey clothing and accessories are currently sold into several multi-store retailers, including Belk, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Bass Pro Shops, Bealls Department Stores (in Florida), Dick’s Sporting Goods, West Marine, Sports Authority and several hundred specialty retailers throughout the country.
As part of Guy Harvey, Inc’s cause marketing initiative, a percentage of the proceeds from the sale of all Guy Harvey merchandise is used to fund and support ocean conservation programs.
